| On September 16th, NBCC International signed an agreement with Holos San Isidro, the first counselor training institute in Argentina to develop a counselor certification program for Argentina. The agreement was signed by Tom Clawson, President and CEO of NBCC and Affiliates, and Andres Sanchez Bodas, Director of Holos San Isidro. Lic. Sanchez, widely considered the “father of counseling” in Argentina, has secured the support of the national counselor association and the Argentine counselor training institutes for this project. Over the coming months, NBCC International staff and its colleagues in Argentina will work to develop and implement the mechanisms needed for national counselor certification.
